An excellent consideration of effective leadership by detailed reference to the OT book of Nehemiah and his focused task of re-building the walls of Jerusalem. Shows amongst other things the importance of vision, commitment and motivation of people which led to people from all ranks of society working together and succeeding in their task against significant opposition. This provides a real example of "we are all in it together" showing that action is more important than words.

The book is beneficial to all, whether you have faith or not.
