Mike Almond

Mike Almond, one of Axiom-e's Senior Consultants,
read Natural Sciences at the University
of Cambridge and gained a PhD in
Virology from Imperial College, London.
He is also a Sloan Fellow of London Business School.
Mike
is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA)
and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
He
is fluent in German and has business level French.

Director and Company Secretary (Roche Group and a
biotech spin-out from the University
of Glasgow)
- Management
Consultant (PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as an independent)
- Internal
Auditor (Roche Group and Head of Sandoz Group Auditing
(Novartis)).
During his time as a financial management consultant,
Mike's clients have included:
- a university
technology spin-out company
- a US travel
distribution group
- a paper and
packaging group
- a defence
organisation
Mike still makes time for his various interests
including:
- sport
(cycling, swimming, running)
- music
(classical guitar playing, singing in the local church choir)
